Founded in 1978, IPGI provides value-added remanufacturing and Industrial Hard Chrome plating services. Services can range from the repair of a single tractor component
for a local rancher to large-scale repairs of struts for a fleet of coal hauling trucks for coal mining.
The Company
specializes in remanufactured components for motor graders, rubber tired dozers, loaders, track dozers,
haul trucks, scrapers, excavators and drills. IPGI utilizes industrial hard chrome electroplating,
machining and welding to facilitate rebuilding industrial components.
A key element of component repair is
the complete diagnosis of damage. IPGI has in-house capabilities for dye and magnetic testing and uses
fully qualified third party contractors to provide ultrasound, eddy current and X-ray testing.
IPGI operates from an office facility and a 36,000 square-foot machine welding and
chromium plating shop in Sheridan, Wyoming, approximately 10 miles from the Montana border in north
central Wyoming.
IPGI serves customers in Wyoming and Montana, North and South Dakota and
Utah, Colorado, Idaho and Nevada.
The Company's diversified customer base consists of mining companies, equipment dealers, component dealers and rebuilders, equipment
manufacturers, contractors and others.
